The Carbondale Elementary School District No. 95 board approved multiple personnel actions at its Nov. 13 meeting.
The board accepted the resignation of Jeremesha Nelson as a Student Supervisory Aide at Lewis School, effective Nov. 4, 2025, on a motion by Tangela Oliver. The board approved the employment of Tavion Walker as a Student Supervisory Aide at Lewis School (pending a clear CBI). The board also approved after-school paraprofessional hires: Andrea Robles (Parrish School, retroactive to Nov. 3, 2025) and Ashlyn Fox (Lewis School, retroactive to Nov. 10, 2025). Dr. Renada Greer moved, seconded by Imani McHenry, to approve Angela Mausey as a tutor in the after-school program retroactive to Nov. 10, 2025.
All employment and resignation motions were carried by roll-call votes with the same six members voting yes and one member absent. The minutes record pending conditions where applicable (for example, employment pending a clear CBI).
