The board accepted resignations for Julie Luepke (Food Service) and Amanda Stengel (assistant volleyball coach) and accepted the retirement of Francis Staab, Buildings & Grounds Supervisor. Motions to accept these personnel changes were moved and seconded and recorded as carried.
The board approved a leave of absence for Amanda Aurelius (BRE paraprofessional) and approved employment of several new staff and volunteers: Jeff Partington as Director of Buildings & Grounds; Alexis Tersch, BRE paraprofessional; assistant and volunteer coaches including Landon Anderson (Assistant Boys Basketball, C), Troy Nelson (Assistant Boys Basketball, JV) and multiple volunteer coaches for girls basketball, dance, wrestling and trap program volunteers.
Why it matters: personnel changes affect school operations, coaching and facilities management. The retirement of the buildings & grounds supervisor and the hiring of a new director are notable operational changes for district facilities oversight.
