Students honored for winter athletics; CHS student reps report on recent events

Superintendent James Owens introduced CHS Athletic Director and Assistant Principal Daunte Gouge, who "expressed his excitement for the Winter Sports and all that was accomplished" and introduced attending coaches and recognized athletes who achieved high honors. The Board extended congratulations and appreciation for student dedication.
CHS student representatives Kler Say and Lashmey Kitthisane reported on recent student events, including a Dr. Hicks assembly, the Winter Sports Recognition Assembly, Student Council activities, a March 4 Mardi Gras event and a breast cancer awareness event. The Board acknowledged the student reports and moved on to other agenda items.
