For the administrative rules (ARs) tied to medications, Director Andrews moved to approve the ARs as presented and Director Linn seconded; the motions passed unanimously. The minutes note staff recommended keeping bracketed language and additional MESD wording shown in the materials.
The approvals were recorded as first reads with the option to adopt and the Board did not record further substantive edits in the minutes. Staff will implement policy language changes and update administrative guidance as required by new law and MESD practices.
