Vice Chair Pam Shields moved to approve the authorization; Director David Linn seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
Staff indicated the district will award the project to the lowest qualified bidder so construction can occur during the scheduled summer timeline. Further contract details and timelines will be provided by Business & Operations during procurement and implementation.
