Roseau board adopts amended 2025–26 miscellaneous compensation schedule

The Roseau Public School Board of Directors voted unanimously Oct. 6, 2025, to adopt an amended 2025–2026 miscellaneous compensation schedule. Member Neal Vatnsdal moved the resolution; Member David Simmons seconded, and the motion carried with all six members recorded in favor.
The schedule lists pay rates and stipends for a wide range of activities and positions. Examples from the adopted schedule include a High School basketball head coach stipend of $6,615 per season, a High School Rambler Advisor at $2,383 per year, Board Chair compensation of $1,794 per year and temporary adult help at $16.81 per hour. The document also lists rates for game officials, class advisors, community education positions and other activity stipends.
Member Neal Vatnsdal placed the motion: "BE IT RESOLVED the Board of Education of District 682 approve the amended 2025-2026 miscellaneous compensation schedule as presented." The minutes record that the schedule was previously adopted July 16, 2025, revised Sept. 15, 2025, and revised again Oct. 6, 2025. The board signed the meeting minutes at the close of the special session.
