The board also approved the meeting agenda for Sept. 15 and accepted minutes from the Sept. 8 work session and the Aug. 18 regular meeting, each by motions recorded in the minutes and carried by unanimous consent. The minutes show these routine procedural items were handled early in the meeting to clear the agenda for reports and business.
