District audit for 2023–24 completed, auditors report generally positive findings

Paul Southerton, the district's Director of Business & Operations, introduced auditors Brian Thompson and Timothy Lamont, who gave an overview of the audit's purpose and said the audit had been completed and that, overall, it went well.
Director Southerton and the auditors answered questions from board members about the findings. The auditors thanked the district finance team's efforts during the audit process, and no formal corrective action motions were recorded in the meeting minutes for this item.
