"In KAB, why was the ORS removed? o Regarding KBCA, can the Board release a media statement without district admin approval? o In KGB, what is the definition of gang?" the board member asked. Chair Michael Reyes presided; trustees asked staff to explain the legal rationale for removing ORS references, to clarify the board's communications protocol relative to administration, and to supply the full proposed definition used for "gang" in KGB.
