Director Mitzi Bauer moved to approve the Aug. 8 minutes, with Director Glenn Wachter seconding; the motion passed unanimously, 7-0. Later, Director Glenn Wachter moved to adopt the consent agenda, Director Mitzi Bauer seconded, and the board again voted 7-0 to approve the consent items. The minutes state a copy of the employment changes list will be made part of the official minutes.
