Vice Chair Jena Benologa moved to approve the minutes; Director Mitzi Bauer seconded. The board recorded a 6-0 vote in favor.
Director Glenn Wachter moved to adopt the consent agenda, which included employment changes and licensed additional assignments and terminations as recommended by the Chief of Human Resources & Business Services; Director Tory McVay seconded. The motion passed unanimously, 6-0. The minutes state that a copy of the employment list is made part of the official minutes.
