Director Glenn Wachter moved the measure and Director April Dobson seconded; the motion passed 7-0.
The board announced it would not discuss the matter further in open session. The decision followed an earlier executive session where legal counsel Jollee Patterson advised the board regarding records exempt from public inspection under ORS 192.660(2)(f). The board delegated the drafting of the response to the chair and vice chair rather than resolving additional details in open session.
