Royse City ISD approves 2025–26 student code of conduct

Merritt told trustees the code is the product of a spring-to-summer review process and that the administration recommends board approval. "The student code of conduct is a critical document that serves as the foundation for a safe, productive, and respectful learning environment," Merritt said. The board approved the code by voice vote (6–0).
