Pendleton School Board appoints and swears in Anne Keeler to fill vacant seat

The Pendleton School District 16R Board moved to fill a vacant Position 6 and swore in Anne Keeler at its Sept. 16, 2024 regular meeting.
Chair Patrick Gregg led Keeler in the oath of office. Keeler recited: "I, Anne Keeler, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the constitution of the United States, the constitution of the state of Oregon and the laws thereof, and the policies of the Pendleton School District 16R." Director Beth Harrison told the board she recommended Keeler after conducting interviews; Keeler took her seat and participated for the remainder of the meeting. The term for Position 6 expires June 30, 2027.
