Vice-Chair Dale Freeman called the Pendleton School District 16R Board of Directors to order at 6:00 p.m. on Aug. 12, 2024. The meeting, held in person with a virtual option, opened with the Pledge of Allegiance and a notice that audio recording was in use.
Director Ryan Lehnert moved to approve the minutes of the July 8, 2024 regular board meeting; Director Mason Murphy seconded and "motion carried unanimously." Director Mason Murphy then moved to approve the Aug. 12, 2024 regular meeting agenda; Director Ryan Lehnert seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The board noted Chair Patrick Gregg and Director Beth Harrison were absent with prior notice and Position #6 remained vacant. The meeting adjourned at 6:09 p.m.
