The Reynolds School District Board of Education approved the Aug. 28, 2024 meeting agenda and a consent agenda that bundled personnel actions, policy updates, intergovernmental agreements and field trip approvals. Director Aaron Muñoz moved to approve the agenda and to adopt the consent items; Director Francisco Ibarra seconded both motions. Both motions passed unanimously (Yea: 5, Nay: 0).
Director Francisco Ibarra later moved to approve the 2024–25 Board Calendar, with Director Patty Carrera seconding; that motion also passed unanimously. The consent agenda included two RLA "Trading Up" field trips—to Seattle and to Salem—and multiple intergovernmental agreements for Columbia Regional special‑education programs and Early Intervention intake and evaluation.
