The board approved a package of business items during the meeting. Vice‑Chair Abby Apodaca moved, and Director Jenna Mejia seconded, approval of business items 6–16 (resolutions 25‑04 through 25‑14 and related designations), with amended language extending the co‑mingle of funds authorization in Resolution 25‑08 to June 2026. All motions recorded during this segment passed on unanimous votes.
Separately, the board approved the 2025–26 Ontario High School Athletics/Activities Handbook after a brief question from Director Mejia about coverage for online students; Josh Mink (OHS Athletics) said coaches would work with any adjustments needed. Directors also approved Resolution 25‑01 (designating the CAO), Resolution 25‑02 (designating deputy officer) and Resolution 25‑03 (co‑custody of funds) on individual motions and votes. The board approved first readings of policies CEA, JHCA, JOA and LBEA on a single motion.
