PHS girls volleyball team presents highlights from Spain trip

Coach Ashley Moore said team members were chosen for "leadership, respect, cooperation and hard work," and students recounted visits to Barcelona and Valencia, a bike tour, a catamaran excursion, swimming in the Mediterranean Sea, and cooking paella.
Principal Shane Brown praised the students for fundraising through yard work, bake sales and community food sales and said the community was "extremely supportive" of the team's efforts. The school noted up to three players could be nominated for the exchange and all three nominees from PHS were selected.
