The chair opened the item and turned it over to the auditor-controller, who explained the amendments align with the project's updated timeline. "We moved out the go live date for the work implementation to October 1," the auditor-controller said. A board member moved to approve "amendment number 3" for $16,000; a second was made and the motion carried 5–0. The board then moved, seconded and approved amendment number 4 for $93,925, again by a 5–0 vote, and authorized the chair to sign.
The auditor-controller told the board the consultant amounts are part of the overall ERP budget and that a separate change order related to the go‑live decision is currently with county counsel and will return to the board in the coming weeks. The board also directed staff to proceed with mandatory training for county personnel tied to the rollout.
