He also said total outstanding debt was about $673 million as of the auditfigures are as of June 30 and do not reflect later activity. "We issue an unmodified opinion," Lake said.
Board members asked no substantive questions during the presentation and the board approved the audited financials by recorded voice/hand-raise vote, 7-0.
