Faculty council urges more behavior supports after rise in student aggression

Burke asked the Behavior Committee to continue to prioritize strategies that build relationships and provide actionable behavior supports rather than only reporting incidents.
The report underscored staff requests for expanded behavior interventions and closer coordination between the Behavior Committee, counselors, and family-facing programs.
