Superintendent Erika Bare told the board the strategic plan process is moving forward and staff will continue gathering input from across the district. "The strategic plan is on track to share a draft with the board at the February meeting," Bare said.
Bare reported outreach numbers for the IRRE survey, noting that 236 families have completed it and that high school participation was at 72% with a goal of 80% participation for every school. She said additional staff and student responses are still being collected and that the survey will close at the end of the week.
