WEM board signs two construction-manager agreements for upcoming projects

The Waterville-Elysian-Morristown School Board on Oct. 28 authorized two construction-manager advisor agreements. Board Member Jon Bakken moved to approve a standard-form agreement with ICS Consulting, LLC as advisor; Board Member Jay Schneider seconded the motion and seven members voted in favor by roll call. The board separately approved a standard-form agreement with I & S Group (ISG) as advisor on a motion by Jon Bakken and seconded by Gary Michael; that motion also passed with seven votes.
Meeting minutes reference attachments for both agreements but do not include the contract details in the minutes. The approvals position the district to proceed with planned construction-related oversight and advisory services for capital projects reflected elsewhere in the board packet.
