Committee approves prior minutes with one abstention; special meeting adjourns

Later in the meeting Raz Alexe moved to adjourn at 7:19 p.m.; Mark Massaro seconded and the motion was approved, closing the special meeting. The meeting minutes were signed and attested by Mark Massaro (Vice-Chairman and Secretary) and Nicole Chambers (Clerk).
