The motion authorized removal of Cory Anderson and addition of Lane Gulledge as signatory on Prosperity Bank accounts, including General Operating, Payroll, Debt Service, Tax, and Worker's Compensation accounts.
CFO Thad Lasater explained the administrative change, and the board voted to approve the signatory updates. The motion was made by Dwayne Stovall, seconded by Jason Ward, and passed unanimously 7–0.
