Sweetwater ISD bond projects progress: CTE concrete poured; tennis courts due in spring

Dr. Deidre Parish updated the Board on bond-funded construction at the Nov. 19 Sweetwater ISD trustees meeting, saying the district "have completed pouring the concrete for the CTE building, walls are going up and the tennis courts should be ready in the spring." The update came during the bond-update portion of the agenda.
The superintendent asked the district's visioning committee to decide on wording for a naming plaque for the Puckett/Dudensing building and to bring their recommendations back to the Board for formal approval. No formal vote on naming was taken at the meeting; the Board received the construction progress report for information and future action.
