Summary

The Alexandria Township Board of Education designated Citizens Savings Bank as the district depository and authorized specific signature requirements for accounts: the General Account requires two signatures (Business Administrator plus Board President or Treasurer of School Monies); payroll, cafeteria, student activities and other accounts list designated signatories in the minutes.
The Board also authorized the Superintendent and Business Administrator to approve line-item transfers between meetings (to be ratified at the next regular meeting) and empowered the Business Administrator to remit contractual payments between scheduled meetings to avoid late fees when necessary.
