The Alexandria Township Board of Education designated Citizens Savings Bank as the district depository and authorized specific signature requirements for accounts: the General Account requires two signatures (Business Administrator plus Board President or Treasurer of School Monies); payroll, cafeteria, student activities and other accounts list designated signatories in the minutes.
The Board also authorized the Superintendent and Business Administrator to approve line-item transfers between meetings (to be ratified at the next regular meeting) and empowered the Business Administrator to remit contractual payments between scheduled meetings to avoid late fees when necessary. Ronald Bolandi is recorded as Treasurer of School Monies.
