Hill City school board reelects Jay Zapzalka as chair; Ron Saxton remains vice chair

Jay Zapzalka was elected chair after a nomination by Joell Miranda; the motion to approve Zapzalka was moved by Sarah Kingsley and seconded by Haley Wentz. The minutes record the vote as "Yea: 5, Nay: 0, Abstain (With Conflict): 1."
