Planning commission approves Sept. 24 minutes, moves two items to a future meeting
Summary
The commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes of Sept. 24 and agreed to remove two agenda items (height discussion and Act 250 Tier 1 discussion) to a future meeting so the CRO presentation could continue.
At the end of the session Chair (speaker 1) moved to approve the minutes of September 24; a second was recorded, the commission called the question and recorded unanimous 'Aye' votes. The motion carried and the minutes were adopted.
Earlier, the commission voted to remove two agenda items — the heights item behind Sheridan and the Act 250 Tier 1 discussion — from the meeting agenda and reschedule them for a future session to allow more time for the parks and open-space presentation. The Chair moved the items and the commission agreed to take them up later.
