Trustee Shannon Gowan moved to approve the consent agenda and Trustee Shannon Myers seconded; the motion carried unanimously, 5-0. The motion also approved the board meeting minutes for the regular meeting on Sept. 9, the board retreat on Sept. 12, and the board workshop on Sept. 24, 2024.
