Ridgefield Park Board of Recreation approves Jan. minutes, notes earlier quorum gaps

At its April 16 meeting the Ridgefield Park Board of Recreation approved Jan. 15 minutes, recorded member attendance and noted there were no meetings in February and March due to lack of quorum. The meeting opened at 7:05 p.m.
President Diane Maglione called the Ridgefield Park Board of Recreation meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. and the board recorded roll call: Diane Maglione, Howie Jacobs and Royce Morris were present; Gil Bell and Matthew Florio were excused; Sajeeda Frazier and Mike Ruiz were absent. The board noted that there had been no meetings in February or March because there was not a quorum.
The minutes of the Jan. 15, 2026 meeting were approved on a motion made by Royce Morris and seconded by Howie Jacobs. "All were in favor of the motion." The board confirmed the next meeting is scheduled for May 21, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. on the main floor of the Civic Center.
