The motion was recorded and Vice President Linda Baker declared it approved; the minutes show a roll call with members recorded as Awe, Baker, Ogreen and Patch voting in favor (Amanda Allen was noted as absent at that point).
At the end of the session Member Julia Awe again moved, with support from Member Melissa Patch, to adjourn; the roll call vote was 5-0 and Vice President Baker declared the motion approved. The meeting adjourned at 6:45 PM. The minutes were attested by Melissa Patch, Secretary, and Lorie Camino, Recording Secretary.
