Superintendent Nikki Nash and Jeff Romig, president of Pyramid Leadership LLC, reviewed the district's Staff and Community Survey results for the Board of Education at its Aug. 3 work session. Nash said the results identified the district's highest-rated areas and opportunities for improvement; administration will translate those findings into strategic priorities and goals for a 2026–2029 Strategic Plan.
The administration team will drill down the high-level results and present a final plan to the Board for approval on August 17, 2026.
