Commission OKs contract amendments for Easterday Avenue safety project after archaeological and ROW delays

Rubinstein then moved to approve an additional $6,000 contract amendment for design services, increasing the contract total to $73,890.45; that motion also passed unanimously. Boyle said grant funding covers portions of the design work but that additional design effort had been required to meet MDOT requirements.
