The Tuloso-Midway ISD Board of Trustees authorized the superintendent or deputy superintendent to make end-of-year budget amendments and adjustments not to exceed $35,000 to close out the 2023–24 budget. The authorization was presented by the administration and approved unanimously on Aug. 26, 2024.
"It is the Administration's recommendation that the Board approve the authorization for the end-of year budget amendments as presented," the record states. Trustee Paul Mostella moved the authorization and Trustee Paul Arriaga seconded; the vote was 6–0 in favor. The authorization delegates limited administrative authority to close fiscal accounts in the current year.
