At its Aug. 15 meeting the Tulia ISD Board approved a modest increase in the adult breakfast price from $3.25 to $3.30 per meal while leaving the adult lunch price unchanged at $5.00. The motion to raise the breakfast price was made by Nicole Gore and seconded by Clint Mahannah; trustees voted unanimously.
The board also approved the Amplify supplemental curriculum for district use by motion of Kacy Quinton, seconded by Jenni McCaslin. Neither the meeting record nor the motion text included detailed implementation timelines or budget impacts related to curriculum materials.
The adult meal price change and curriculum approval were recorded as routine operational items and were approved without amendment.
