Commissioner Glenn Williams made the motion to continue the CUP for another 90 days and Commissioner Scott Dixon seconded; the motion carried.
Commissioners clarified a documentation discrepancy for off-street parking: the record was corrected to show four available parking stalls, consistent with the building inspector's approval and photographic evidence, rather than six as earlier reported. The commission also discussed a recent guest incident in which "a guest brought a large boat that got stuck in the driveway and was subsequently parked on a neighbor's property with permission," and noted there were no formal complaints recorded during the review period. The continuance gives staff and the applicant time to monitor adherence to parking and neighbor-impact conditions before the next review.
