The Troup ISD Board approved its consent agenda on Sept. 8, voting 7–0 to accept the Aug. 28 special meeting minutes, revenue and expenditures, purchase orders greater than $50,000, the 2025–26 Student Health Advisory Council (SHAC) membership roster, and a two-year lease agreement between the district and Hilltop Country Club.
Homer Dickey moved to approve the consent agenda and Lisa Lewis seconded. All trustees voted in favor. The board did not discuss line-item details in public session beyond recording the items for approval; the consent action authorizes staff to proceed with the documented minutes, financial items and the lease execution.
