Troup ISD reports tax collections above budgeted revenue for fiscal year

Troup ISD Finance director Blake Rowe reported to the board on Sept. 8 that the district collected 98.29% of the current-year tax levy and had received 100.63% of the budgeted revenue for the fiscal year ending Aug. 31, 2025. Rowe presented the cash-and-investments overview and the check register as part of the routine financial update.
Board members did not take action on the finance items at the meeting; the report was informational and will be integrated into regular fiscal monitoring and any required year-end reconciliations.
