South River Board approves 2026 appointments, stipend for deputy registrar and adopts rules

The Board of Health voted to appoint Michelle Urbanowicz as Secretary and Naomy Young as Assistant, both positions effective Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2026, under the borough salary ordinance (RES:2026-1). The board also recommended a stipend for Debra Lackey for her service as Deputy Registrar of Vital Statistics for the same period (RES:2026-2).
Separately, the board adopted its compiled “Rules and Regulations of the South River Board of Health” for 2026 (RES:2026-3). The resolutions were presented and approved as a package; a motion to accept Resolutions 2026-1 through 2026-5 was made and passed by roll-call vote (Yeas: Lukacs, D. Balazs, Trygar, Prasek, Sweeney).
