South River Board approves 2026 appointments, stipend for deputy registrar and adopts rules

The resolutions were presented and approved as a package; a motion to accept Resolutions 2026-1 through 2026-5 was made and passed by roll-call vote (Yeas: Lukacs, D. Balazs, Trygar, Prasek, Sweeney).
