The South River Board of Health elected Bonnie Trygar as its president and Robyn Prasek as vice president during its Jan. 20, 2026 meeting. The nominations were moved and seconded during the reorganization portion of the meeting and approved by roll-call vote (Yeas: Lukacs, D. Balazs, Trygar, Prasek, Sweeney; Absent: Kolbik, Major, Chando, L. Balazs).
Donna Balazs nominated Trygar for president and Robyn Prasek seconded the nomination; Trygar later nominated Prasek for vice president with Donna Balazs providing the second. The board recorded the election results immediately after nominations were closed, and Trygar resumed the seat of president for the Board of Health. The actions were part of the board’s standard annual reorganization at the meeting.
