The Borough Council approved Resolution 2026-6 to enter into a one-year contract (Jan. 1–Dec. 31, 2026) with John DeLuca of the firm Savo, Schalk, Corsini, Warner, Gillespie, O’Grodnick, & Fisher for borough attorney services. The award followed a "Fair and Open Process" for soliciting qualifications and the council recorded the action in the minutes.
