Summary
The council's committees recommended multiple items for the consent agenda — including a temporary sign waiver for the Salt Creek Park District craft fair, a shed variation for 213 West Ridge Trail, and a special-use/variation for 308 South Benton — and the full council approved consent items 1–36 by roll call.

Several routine land-use and administrative requests were packaged on the meeting's consent agenda and approved by the full council.
At the Administration, Technology & Community Health Committee, staff recommended (and the committee approved for consent) a waiver of village sign regulations to allow temporary signs for the Salt Creek Park District's annual craft fair; staff noted this was the first request from that organizer and said future similar requests would be processed administratively if no issues arise. The Police Policy & Code Services Committee recommended approval of a variation permitting a rear shed at 213 West Ridge Trail and a special use and variation for an addition and new garage at 308 South Benton Street; both were placed on consent.
The full council approved the consent agenda (items 1–36) by roll call, moving those matters forward without further debate. The council also recorded routine committee reports that evening.
