On April 14 Borough Administrator Glenn Domenick announced that the borough will post a Request for Proposals to operate the North Caldwell Community Pool concession stand. Domenick said proposals must be submitted on or before May 6, 2026 by 11:00 a.m. and will be posted on the borough website.
The RFP will solicit operators to run the concession during pool season and the council indicated the matter will move forward through the procurement process. Specific evaluation criteria and contract terms were not read into the record at the conference meeting and will appear in the posted RFP.
