The Waller ISD Board voted Oct. 10 to grant a sanitary sewer and stormwater easement to Harris County MUD #478 and to dedicate a public utility easement for electricity, natural gas, fiber and phone on the future elementary school site in the Jubilee development. Director of Construction Scott Walker introduced the request and explained the easements are necessary to provide utilities to the site.
Trustee Brittany Neel moved to grant the easements; Trustee Bryan Lowe seconded. The motion carried 6-0-0 with Trustee Ronald Campbell absent. The board’s approval clears an administrative step necessary for utility access to the planned school site.
