The Weatherford Independent School District Board of Trustees denied a Level III student-discipline appeal during its Nov. 17, 2025 meeting, thereby upholding the administration's prior disciplinary decision. Trustee Jeff Ford moved to deny the appeal; Trustee Wally Wallace seconded the motion. Voting yes were Adam Feriend, Jeff Ford, Mike Guest, Kindra Lucia, Wally Wallace and Dan Woods. Brian Catlin was absent.
The hearing was conducted in executive session under cited Texas Government Code provisions for personnel and student-discipline matters, and the Board reconvened in open session at 6:52 p.m. The minutes record that the Board conducted a Level III hearing in executive session before returning to open session to vote.
