The Infrastructure and Environment Committee approved an engineering services agreement to begin design work for West Colfax Street resurfacing.
Mister Berry (engineer) explained Colfax from Clinton to Tumble Road involves multiple jurisdictions and described phase-1 engineering at roughly $74,000: "so it's been $74,000." Committee members voted to approve the proposal and the item was placed on the consent agenda.
Committee members also took a moment to note the length and thoroughness of the recent three-and-a-half-hour budget meeting earlier in the week before adjourning.
