Rye Conservation Commission raises no objection to seawall and stair replacement at 42 Concord Point Road

Vice-Chair Mike Garvan, who visited the site, called the revetment "in terrible condition" and said the plan was "sound," noting the design is traditional and should not disturb the beach.
After the presentation, the Rye Conservation Commission voted unanimously that it had no objection to the project as proposed. The Commission's endorsement will accompany required local approvals as the plan proceeds through permitting.
