The board entered a second closed session at 6:04 P.M. Trustee Debbie Timmermann left the meeting at 6:29 P.M. Trustee Judd McCutchen made a motion to adjourn; Trustee Clay Schoolfield seconded, and the motion passed 6-0. The meeting was adjourned at 6:33 P.M.
