Burns also explained that the district could lower costs by sourcing drives and servers through ServerMonkey and cited dust exposure and End-of-Life status of the older units as reasons for replacement. The minutes included the motion text but used the vendor name "Survey Monkey," which the technology report corrects to ServerMonkey; that discrepancy is noted in the meeting record.
